i got an idea for the rules:

a near future city textured or untextured (due to time limit) with AT LEAST 1 building that is proposed for a city in you country but not started yet

max poly count 1,000,000

at least 15 city blocks

ghetto,downtown,industrial and, rich area

there if you have any other ideas put em in im gonna be putting mine in the wip section



and you can use (only) 1 or 2 existing buildings if it helps the city cause wanna use the mclaren new technology center
