Hello,

I am having a problem opening Maya 2013.
When starting Maya a window appears that suggests an update for the Menu sets
I allowed the update to happen, but the problem is Maya won't open. It becomes frozen.
I tried skipping the update and the same thing occurs and Maya won't open.
I have Windows 64 bit Maya 2013 installed

I tried repairing and reinstalling it. I even downloaded the Service pack that was available, that doesn't work either. I downloaded it after Maya wouldn't open.

Any solutions would be great and if there are other people who have the same problem, please let me know how you resolved it.
