Ok i've been trying Zbrush for a couple of hours now, and the only thing it seems to do right for me, is getting me angry. The UI and the way things "work", are really counter-intuitive, to me I understand how to import the basemesh and save it as a tool, i also understand how to divide it so that it becomes smoother, but then i get a couple a miljon polygons which are impossible to work with when i will import it back in maya. Now when i export the uv snapshot to photoshop i probably have to handpaint everything(i probably suck more at this than at zbrush). Now the thing i want to ask is, which program would you use, and could you post your basic workflow, title of a book or a link to a tutorial of either program which you know is usefull. I want to make it as in the picture(see image). Thanks in advance
