i know this may b a bit labour intensive but is there a way to moderate the first say 10 posts of a member

meaning that their post will notcome up instantly and will b checked by a mod

i think thiswould deter most as whos gonna bother that much but i may be wrong

i have seen this on another forum but cant reme where
