i suggest to use regular fog. fluids is overkill for just athmosphere (if you ask me). for the suneffects - what about using a shader infront of the light with some spots in it that are brighter? that might turn into very cloudy and just breaking up sun - like right after it is raining and sun coming. and maybe a rainbow would be cool to see
