I'm new to Maya and I've been doing the free tutorial "Basic Human Form", but tonight when I try to open my file, I get the following error/note in the bottom panel of the maya screen:

If you are familiar with the Tutorial "Basic Human Form", I was up to section 3 where you start to merge the Head, Torso, Arm and Leg into a single entity.

All that shows up upon opening the file is the foot, which I have not yet merged with the other anatomy. The merged polygons that comprise the head, torso, arm and leg have disappeared!

Any ideas / help would be much appreciated.
