would it help if i Downloaded the CHARACTER PROJECT - RIGGING tutorial ??? and rigged my own character??

I just tried to select the foot joint and > Node behavior > and changed the "node State" from normal to "HasNoEffect" ... and it HAS NO EFFECT!!!!!!!:headbang: :headbang:
