I´m the biggest Hayao Miyazaki fan alive! 
And the Mononoke Hime soundtrack(Joe Hisaishi) is one of the best I`ve ever heard. A real masterpiece.
Escaflowne is cool, too(although it`s not a Miyazaki ).
