I have a new 128 Mb USB key. I have been using the key for 3-4 days with 1 minor problems. ie some file I copied to the key but then could not delete it. SO I reformated it (NTFS) then it was working ok.

Today if I plug it into my M60 laptop or my desktop at home or my desktop at work they all crash straight away and restarting the system crashes them again as long as the key is connected. If I pull the key out then all systems start without any problem.

How on earth can I reformat the key if it crashes any system I connect it to???
