(why he must give them a choice, i dont remember.) 99% of them except it. The 1% that doesn't, is the anomaly. Now, considering that there are 6 Billion people on earth, that 1% would be 600 Million. The little 1% anomaly is a freakinglot of people! Almost 2 times more than in the entire US. ( I make this point because I am an American.) Mabey the writers weren't thinking when they picked that number. Mabey 99.874 Percent was to many numbers, and would have screwed up the speach. I still love the movie.
