Okay, here you go. It's saved with Maya 7.0 - If you've got a version less than that, just use the .ma file. Just open it up in notepad or wordpad first, and change lines 4, 7 and 8 to whatever version of Maya you're using.

Sorry I can't do better than that, I'm just so tired now and my brain's feeling a little under the weather. I need :zzz:
