i think i´ve read all the forum entries on the net about the dynamic rope .... but since iam not at all experianced with dynamics i couldnt get the simulation i need.

after all these explanations i guess using maya´s hair system is the most suitable way for what iam trying to achieve.

Mission : A windup toy (car) is rolling down the table pulling a rope, over a door handle, which is connected to a rifle trigger. When the car is falling over the edge the trigger gets pulled.



could somebody please give me a step by step tutorial how to get this done..??
