Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

here's an update.. my witch with her staff and some MAGIC!
I also work a little more the specular map of the skin and the cloth now has ncloth! yeah! user added image
Next modeling some background.

Well this are first renders with my witch and a scene im modeling, its like a castle scene im modeling for latter animation.. maybe. user added image

Criticks are wellcome, cuz Im doing a couple of more renders so if someone want to give me a good advice.. like a pose or something.. maybe I should try like a fight pose?

I'm loving the texture work, especially on the castle. Though, I think the DoF may be a bit too much, more so in the first render. I would actually like to see this animated user added image

she blends in quite well

(at least i think so on this laptop monitor)

yeah, you should shape her into a more offensive pose

also, how long did it take for the ncloth to do it's magic?

Right now, like the last couple of week this proyect has been like in PAUSE. Maybe lack of motivation to continue working in my proyect.. but coments like this push me and help me to continue.
