Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Very nice. I don't know if it's the lighting, but it looks like the textures could use a little more punch.

Yes I do believe the textures need abit more kick! Although I think in the animation its a combination of the lighting and the textures being dull. A

Also I do have a bump map with rivets ( not so much with different panels) I guess I need to make the bump map more ...bumpy so that it sticks out more.

instead of a bump map use a normal map...or if your renderer is up to it a displacement

Fantastic work!

Sorry to wake this thread, but I'd love to learn how you did the UVs.

I'm working on a similar project and matching the UVs with the panel work and rivets turned out to be more difficult than I expected. (actually I'm doing that in Max, but the theory part is no different)
