Default Baking out colors on to a texture sheet.***texturing help***

Hey all, just wondering if theres a way to bake out colors on to a texture sheet?
For example - you have uv'd a cube and you added a red blinn to one face.

Not sure how else to explain it.

Thanks in advance.
