Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Looks like they finally made some improvements to booleans and bevelling; let's see if it's any good.

I am just satisfied with the progressive rendering. IPR is nice but going unified and stepping into this is better. I wish they integrated more straightening options natively into the UV tools. The fluid stuff is an upgrade but I rarely even use Realflow for anything. Binding and removing manifold errors is a big upgrade. Putting passes on the GPU is also a nice switch. They did this for 2014 though and I dont know why they put it in again as an upgrade.

I am just satisfied with the progressive rendering.

I think this has been a feature for a few versions now... but hidden. :\

It's been a while and the non-Autodesk training (meaning Lynda and Digital Tutors) for Maya 2015 so far are only about the basics of Maya. They only delve into what's new for maybe a chapter if that much.
