Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Modified (hardtop) Jurassic Park Jeep

Hey guys, since I am having problems with my back half of my raptor, I was thinking about making a modified Jurassic Park Jeep with a hard top, and Having The Raptor inside "driving" it. What do you think? Here is what I have so far...
Thanks,
Brian

It's looking pretty sharp. Been a while since I've seen the movie, but it looks pretty close from what I can remember.

I made some small changes, and I was wondering if you thought that it looked better or worse with a painted top. THanks,
Brian

I like the jeep without the top.
Maybe it gives me a that evil feeling of thinking that; the people inside the car probably "feel" more secure with the enclosed version of the jeep. user added image ...a security which "they" ought not to feel.

There were 2 "jeeps" in the movie, the first is a 1993 jeep wrangler which looks like the one youve made there, same colour look etc, the other was a Ford explorer with a green/yellow paintjob, check out https://www.jpaftermath.com/jp_vehicles.shtml for pics of the two jeeps, pretty small pics but now that you know the kind of jeep im sure there are tons of regular pictures of them out there.
