Hello, I've been building a lowrez poly wrap deformer for my highrez SubD. I have devided the body into 6 sections(left and right : hands, feet, torsos.) then the head which is 2 seperate objects a head and a jaw.
So the wrap deformers for all the body parts worked great, however when I try to do the jaw it will make 302 wrap deformers and gets REALLY slow, trying to do the head will cause maya to freeze up. I tried deviding the jaw into 2 halves like the torso, but it still creates over a hundred wrap deformers. Why would it do this? I just want one deformer on each part, but it's going wrap deformer crazy on me. I don't know why the body worked fine but the head and jaw won't. The only difference that I can think of between them is that the jaw and head are textured and the body has just a blin shader, but this shouldn't affect it because the guy in the tutorial video I have uses a textured Sub Division Char with roughly the same vertices as mine.
