In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Displacing Help

hi guys, im messing around with a water shader, anyway im a bit stuck, it says to create a nurbs plane for the water surface, displacing the plane with the ocean shader or similar. What exactly do they mean by this? Any help appreciated.

It sounds like the water shader has it's own displacement map. So all you need to do is create nurbs plane, and apply water shader to it.

Best of luck.user added image
