Reflection

Hey people, could anyone give me some tips how to make a floor look reflective, ive got a wooden material on a plane but I dont know how to make it reflect, any tips would be much appreciated, thanks.....Jim :headbang:

Sorry I just rather not type it all out again :p

In your case for step three -- don't bother creating a "map" of your reflectivity... just move the slider in the shader attributes... it should be the same reflectivity across the entire surface (you need to create a map if, for instance, only a water-puddle on the floor is reflective so you don't reflect the entire floor.)
