Troll Rig help!

Yo, i'm new to Maya, previously a max user, i've downloaded the "Troll" rig from rigger101.com but when I open up the scene the rig is there (mesh) but i cant find any controllers which means I cant move him!! are they hidden or am I just dumb, and help and I would be grateful, thanks................Jimmy .GCADT.:headbang:

Max, and their mesh animation controls :headbang:.

Maya has skeletons which look like mesh but are wireframes only.

Press 4 and look for the skeleton inside the model. Or, go into windows-outliner and select the joint 1. or root joint, or whatever they renamed it. Press the up arrow a couple of times, cuz you might not have selected the entire chain.

Then press CTRL-A twice, I think, till the Channel Box appears. From there, the visibility might be turned off, so turn it on.

I think, this is your problem. Maybe not.

did u check to c if the skeleton or controls were on a layer as i have downloaded a rig before an it was on a layer
