Changing the axis to local?

Hey guys, I am sure there is a simple solution to this but I am trying to get this dolly to move locally rather than globally.

You can see from the picture what I mean.

How would I go about making to move in the direction it is truly facing?

hold down "w" as you click to move and it will give you an options context box to switch between object, local, global and normal
