Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

That is very blue... I think you need some warmer colours to contrast against the cold colours. Also, you need to work on the composition - it looks a little awkward at the moment. That shape on the left is just pulling the eye up and over the head. I would work on making the composition lead the eye toward the centre of interest, or if you are more interested in breaking it up, employ some shapes which will cut across the image.
