Interesting... Maybe its caused by one of those programs like WinBlinds? I dont think you can do it directly to maya, but do it to every prgram running... ?

WindowBlinds taxes resources ... and big resources, so use it at your own risk.

I'm with adldesigner on this one... WinBlinds take a LOT out of your res so I dont think it'll be a good idea to run it just because maya should look black...

but that's cool though..
