Default Download Shader

I want to download some of the sharders. how do i use them in maya.

By importing them in to your scene. In hypershade select File -> Import or something like that...

In the Hypershade, there should be a tab in the lower right window that reads SHADERS. Just click on that and they'll all load up. Just make sure you put them into your AW/MAYA/Shaders folder.
