i am making a personal website... hosted by tripod... it supports CGI script... and i want to make a feedback form page.. is it possible??? with tripod's cgi???

anyone with site programming knowledge's opinion would helpuser added image

Usually ISPs with CGI enabled has their own feedback form script ready to use. If they don't have a help page on that, ask them about it...

kbrown is right you might want to try the one he has recomended, it should do the job for you, and its easy to set up and start using

for a BETA i am running it on tripod... after sometime i will run it on a .com domain... and you can customize the advertisement... whether you want popups or banners..
