Default UV issuse

Ok i dont know why im getting this on my model, the other time i did it, the image fit well, now its allover the place, dose anyone know why?

well if you edited the model after laying out the UVs then it might have screwed it all up...

Hi!

1) Have you made proper UV layout?
2) If you edit you surface (even a simple vertex merge you blow up you UV's)...seems to me that you have done a lot of editing....
