Sharpest texture results

Hi guys,

Im working on a project for some people who made a vircle. They've got some sponsors for it and im making a 3D model of it with the sponsor logo's on the model.
When i render, even at production quality the UV map is unsharp. I made a 3000x3000px map and in photshop everything looks sharp. Do i need to crank up the dpi's up? For the best result or are there any other tricks to sharpen the UV-map .
If there are any tutorials/website tips on that topic, Ill appreciate them aswell.

Raz.

Export the UV to a really high res. 2048 or above usually works well.
