Help with editing new buttons

Hello everybody. I could really need some help with adding / editing new buttons. I know how to create a new button in my custom bar but I do not know how to create a link to like CTRL + "key" or something. So how do I do this?

you can create hotkeys from scratch, there should be like an option in the editor for that, then give it a name, just copy paste the code from the script editor
