Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

searching from "the begining" - lots of submissions are gone

wow! Did the database get wiped?

I used to show people all my work by coming to the site and doing a search on ctbram from "the begining".

When I do that now it only shows stuff back about 6 month to a year.

Hey Jay,

I wish I could re-upload some of my later work but ...

alas I had two 350gb drives in a stripe for years and used to backup all my projects religiously. But I got swamped with work finishing my degree and forgot to backup for a while and boom one drives failed, which of course invalidates all the data on the other half of the stripe - 700gb of work ,,,, poof!

So I pretty much lost everything I have done for the last 2 years or so. The only evidence of a big chunk of my work is the stuff I posted on sites like SM.

Learned my lesson though. I'll NEVER stripe drives again unless they are raid 1+0, 3, or 5.
