Free homepage sites?

Does anyone know a good free site to create and upload images for use on the web?

Free is not normally good because as soon as you use any kind of bandwidth...they shut you down without notice!

but we do have a very good hosting package that will be released soon!

Your ISP have probably given you some free web space maybe use that? or at least look into it, half the ISP's iv dealt with don't actually tell you, you have it so you may need to ask them.
