Maya /mental ray / motionblur ??bug??

Hi all!

I´m a bit desperate couse of time preasure on the following problem:

Im making snow passes in maya, seperated in depth with clipping planes. (4 cameras, one clipping from 1.000 - 6.000, next from 6.000 - 10.000 and so on...)

Im rendering with mental ray and full motion blur.

The problem is that on some frames i get a yellow graine wash on parts of the image. It is the snow particle instancers that are getting to close to the camera, and gets washed out by the motion blir...

The strange thing is that it happens on all of the cameras, even the cameras with both clippingPlanes far away from the camera.

I also tryed to make a box around the camera that kills particles that comes in contact with it. That does`t help.

does anyone understand this??
