My Desk

Hey everyone im new to this site the names Pete user added image im fairly new to maya about year on and off while at collage, been struggling to think of what to model so thought id start modelling my Desk haha heres the first update... Crits and comments welcome

Update, Monitor is done maybe some slight tweeaks on the base is looks abit to bowl like that what it is haha

I'm really liking your progress Camrat. You'll have this done in no time. I wish my mouse mat was that big. The ones where I live are so small. My mouse is all the time going off the edge of the mat. Sometimes I get annoyed and just use my desk surface. Anyway, nice update Camrat

Thanks Perfecto, To be honest i love my mouse mat lol its a World of warcraft one but it has a high dpi? i think its dpi not sure haha and thanks for you comments first time ive ever done somthing like this rest have been following tutorials

Oh this may seem like a small update only done the keyboard but it took me quite abit of time lol i didn't know how to approach it at all user added image i might do a close up render of it cus you cant see it all to well

Wow that is good mate.....nicely done!!! Yeh it is a bugger sometimes how to go about things...sometimes I end up doing things over and over but in different ways...its how you learn I suppose.

Cheers Bullet user added image I keep looking at it and i think i can mod it even better now looking at it so will post an update on it user added image i can add some bolts and change somthing about them keys they look abit off to me lmao, and yeah this was my third attempt, i just created each key seperatly it helped get structure haha
