Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Can someone please help me on makeing a realistic(if can) shader
of smoke(for a rocket)?
Do I use cloudSW our what?
This is my best, I can't make it to look sharp and realistic...

One thing you could do is use sprites, with actual cloud/smoke images on them...

Yours looks pretty good to me, though. I think you're on the right track.
