Has anyone contacted support lately?
Hi all, I am having trouble using my stored video credits for training and I am not getting any response from support.

I don't want to pay extra for a subscription if there is no-one behind the scenes to help if there is an issue.

Has anyone contacted support lately and had a response?

Glad it got sorted out, if there is anything else we can do feel free to let us know we'll get on it right away.

All the best.
David
