Good evening all, having grabbed a great offer for maya 2010 i thought i would dust off the old tutorials, however i ran into some strange issue, it will not let me log in to my account using google chrome. after several failed attempts iang my second lockout comming close i though id take a brake. After a couple of hours i came back and tried something i swore i would never do... use microsoft edge.t. To my surprise it worked first time so i tried back with google and hit same problem. Am i doing something wrong or is chrome not allowed?

Also i cant seem to find the links to my previously purchased items.

We have no issues with chrome (that I know of) I use it myself, could it be some chrome extension you have installed? Do you get any errors with chrome on the site or does it simply not log you in. I'd like to find out why it's happening so it does not happen to other people. Thanks for letting me know.

Hi, Thankyou for your response, when trying to log in via chrome it tries to go through the motions then gives the 5chances before being locked out msg. if it helps with checking through logs my last attempt was at 13:27
