Manipulator axis orientation

Is it possible to orient the manipulator`s axis based on the rotation of another object? Like i did here in 3ds max
https://www.screencast.com/t/HrKEz6k6bSf
I found something close to what I need in "along live object axis" option, but it only sets a current rotation of a target object and as I rotate it the manipulator doesn`t change its direction. Is there any possibility to keep the direction updated?

you can do it by holding your shortcut for your current desired action(move, rotate.scale) then press LMP navigate to axis then custom set to object this will make the action you want relative to the object

Thanks for the link. I was searching for it for my friend who always helps me whenever I need him. Last month, I shared the https://www.grabmyessay.com/samples website link with him because he told me that he wants to write an essay but he need help. So, I shared that website with him in which he can read free essay samples.
