How do i adjust the planar or cylindrycal map?

You know when you perform a Cylindrycal wrap on an object and it shows a cylinder thingy around your object. After you click on something else, that texture thing disappears and I cant modify it. How would I get it back?

Select the projection input in the channel box, and press "t" on the keyboard to bring up the manipulator.
