Has anyone contacted support lately?

Hi all, I am having trouble using my stored video credits for training and I am not getting any response from support.

I don't want to pay extra for a subscription if there is no-one behind the scenes to help if there is an issue.

Has anyone contacted support lately and had a response?

Same Issue

Greetings - Ive contacted support and have gotten no reply. I couldnt use my video credits and was forced to spend (more cash) when I've spent $ on VC currency. I have asked for the refund and deduction to the VC... I have other downloads I need to purchase as well... Thanks!

Look forward to the assistance :-)
