Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Bender x-mas card

This is a x-mas card I'm gonna send this year. The environment could be more funny, I just did it quickly to be able to post them tomorrow. This is actually the first character I've made. I learned how to rig it too, and that was the meaning with this project.

Merry x-mas to all you dudes on simply maya!

Very nicely done (also because Bender simply rocks :p )
Maybe u could add (a pile of) some more gifts on the ground and a simple tree just to fill things up a bit.

(seasons) greetings 4ng3l

thanks for the comments guys. Yeah, I wanted to do a tree, but I have no idea how to make the needles so it looks realistic, therefore I chose not to do it :p
