Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

looks pretty decent so far, looks like it could use a bit of work still... any way you could post up a wireframe shot or two?

yeah not bad, though everything is a little even - the limbs look too symmetrical.

what kind of look are you going for?

hmz his proportions look a bit weird, looks like the torso area.

Try to use the following images

Use 7-1/2 or 8 heads to create the length also see from which head count the hip starts, and the pectoral ends etc.. this is a good way of knowing proportions, not an artistic way but a good one.
