union tool doesnt do its job!.. all vertexs are perfectly through the object and it still doesnt work. any idea?

By opening new posts you won't get different answers you already asked this question same character same problem you got tons of advice don't use booleans on stuff like this
I personally wouldn't even use booleans to cut a hole in geometry you already asked the same question here;
