Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world

and time to time i the shaders icon shows weird either black or the wrong icon
any1 know what the problem is`??

I took the shader out & I'm still getting the same warning
Warning: File not found: render_mentalrayTexture.xpm
Hopefully someone can contribute a solution..
