Boolean Issues

Hi

I have a puzzle which I cannot figure out.

I have created a "Plate" which is made up of a few extrudes.

The Plate has to have an Arc cut out of the bottom.

I created the correct diameter I needed with a disc made with the PolyCylinder.

When I place them together in the correct position for a boolean action, no matter which option I choose, Union - Difference - Intersection, they both Disappear.

I cannot figure this out. I have done this countless times over the years with no issues.

If I create a Sphere and a Cylinder beside the plate and test the boolean actions it works, it just does not work on these two pieces?

Any Clues please?

Cheers
