Snap all vertex to another obj

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find a way to automatically snap (or move ) all vertexs from one Obj to the other.

These two Objs has the same topology, same vertex order, but in different shapes.

I know by holding V key maya can automatically calculate the world space distance between the two vertexs and then snap with ease. But I just don't know what's the command behind the scene.

I am trying to avoid using blendshape or any deformer. Just to move each every vertex to the coressponding position.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you
