The picture below shows what I have so far. How do I create the flat surface which connects the inner isoparm highlighted in yellow? I have tried duplicating the isoparm as a curve and cutting it up and trying loft, extrude and boundary with no success.

Any ideas? help!

ok - I did it. I duplicated the isoparm as a surface curve, cut the curve in two and then lofted. I must have been doing something wrong before.

thanks anyway.
