5. Abreviaturas
Las abreviaturas deben acentuarse cuando incluyen una vocal que requiera tilde. Conservan el género que corresponde a la palabra abreviada. Hay una amplia lista en el sitio Web de la Real Academia Española > Diccionario de Dudas >Lista de abreviaturas.
Abreviaturas más utilizadas
a.C. antes de Cristo a.c. artículo citado
art. artículo bibl. bibliografía
c., cc., capítulo, capítulos cf. confrontar, véase (citas no textuales)
d.C. después de Cristo dir. director
e.g. exempli gratia (por ejemplo) ed. editor, editorial, autor encargado de

enc. encíclica etc. etcétera (no lleva punto sólo cuando le sigue un paréntesis de cierre y un punto)
