Using 2 UV sets - 1 for skin 1 for UVs

Hi Guys and Gals,

I need to know if it is at all possible to use 2 UV sets. 1 Set would be used for skinning data, and the other for UVs. The reason for doing this is that its for in-game so we are using 1 part of the texture for both hands and mirroring Uvs quite a bit, which causes a problem with skinning data when importing and exporting weights.

Im trying to streamline our workflow and make it more efficient.

Any help would be appreciated.

cheers
