Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Looking like a promising start

Could you post a non smoothed wire?

I looks like youve got a bit of a problem with the cheak.

Becareful when you model by point with a proxy,

if you use your low res cage for UV mapping you may end up with texture swimming and or skinning, model by edge if you can:
hope this helps-

Thanks everyone for your input. I had to turn it in Monday but couldn't bring it in to Zbrush because my ears were disappearing when I imported it...this is what I got done in Maya though:

We had to do self busts of ourselves. I think I'm going to start a new head (not of myself) and work on making my topology and edge loops better.

Did you check the normals, that maybe one problem you need to look out for when exporting into zbrush, also i would keep the faces as quads. Here is a head that i made a while back hope it helps
