If you are using the [img ] [/img] thing then just say so and well go from there.

so you cant use the [img] tags for that. Anyway, if you have Adobe Photoshop, when you decide to save it you can go to Save for Web and from there you can edit it until you can get the quality down far enough so that you can put it there. I had the same problem with my Llama avatar. Cheers,
